FRIGHTENED?

Being afraid, frightened or scared can be another form of frustration. A feeling filled with concern or regret over an unwanted situation is fright. Most often, we get attacked by fear and we tend to doubt the capabilities of God in our lives. As creepy as the spirit of fright is and can be, it diverts our focus from the promises of God. How?  making us believe that we will find ourselves in certain unpleasant situations people found themselves in. Also, due to the experiences of others we have heard, it lures us into that state of we might end up like them. As humans as we are, we are often frightened by anything, what is going to happen?, when and where? what if things don't work out as planned? the fear of falling back into an addiction, the fear of being burdened with problems, fears of negativity, fears of disappointment and failure, and there anxiety sets in. But Beloved, with these encouraging words from the Bible, I want you to understand that the spirit of fear has no control over your life.

Fright not, For He [ Jesus Christ ] that is in you, is bigger and greater than he that is in the world. - 1 John 4:4

Unlike the unfortunate experiences of other people, fear not, for as it is written ; You will succeed, not my military might or your own strength but by my [ God ] spirit. - Zechariah 4:6

Why should you be afraid? when God clearly stated in Psalm 91:7 ; A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousand all round you, but you will not be harmed.

You are scared because you forgot that in Jeremiah 29:11, The Lord declares; For I know the plans I have for you, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you.

Do not let this question, when? lure you into fear, For God has said in Ecclesiastes 3:11; when the time is right, I the Lord will make everything beautiful.

Dear Brethren, there is more, even though the journey will not be easy, It is my prayer that God will deliver each and every one from the spirit of fear, that he will strengthen us with his power to continue to do as he pleases and to keep focus on his promises and capabilities in our lives. Hallelujah, Amen! Thank you Jesus for this answered prayer. Embrace!🥂
